You place your order by choosing your subscriptions directly or your packages at the site. On the product page you want to buy, enter the quantity and click on the button "Add to Cart". Later, you can always edit your shopping cart (change quantities, delete a subscription) by clicking on "My Cart". 
When your shopping is complete, you approve the "Order summary". Then you confirm also that you are over 18 and follow the instructions on the screen to complete your order.

No, it is not mandatory to have an account to place an order.
The customer account is a facility available to our regular clients.

It is not possible to order by contacting us directly.

It is not possible to choose a different delivery method than that proposed by "La Belgique une fois". We work only with Mondial Relay and DPD.

The list of countries we serve is available on the homepage of our website under "Our delivery rates". We deliver mainly in France, Belgium and in all EEC countries.

All orders placed until 22 PM is shipped the next working day. Then see the question "What are the delivery times".

Mondial Relay ensures the delivery within 48 hours at one of their Point Relais and for home delivery it takes 5 days (working days). For DPD, the delivery time depends on the destination country. Information about all delivery times is available on the home page of the site under the name "Our delivery rates". 

In case of damage, the charge will be for "La Belgique une fois". If, despite all our precautions, your package is delivered damaged you have to report it directly at the "Point Relais". Take a picture of the parcel damaged, send it to with your full details within 24 hours the latest from reception. 


If by mistake, your invoice has been lost, please contact us. We will send you a copy.

For France and Belgium not. Our prices include the payment of all taxes due in France and Belgium.
For other countries, it may be that import taxes are of application. You will have to support yourself these taxes at the reception of your order. Nevertheless for deliveries within UEE, this almost never happens

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, contact us by mail or phone so we can make the refund. Have e-mail confirmation of your order provided. If you have already received the first package of your subscription, you have 7 working days to return any package that does not suit you. It must be returned by you at your expense, in its original packaging, unopened bottles and undamaged, accompanied by the invoice of purchase..


You can temporarily mention your own email and mobile number. With the reference of your order, contact us then with the "Contact Form" and we will adjust the shipping information with the new data.

Only one condition: indicate that the parcel recipient is different from the billing person by checking "other shipping address" in step 2 ".

Yes, it is possible to modify the choice of the Relay Points ® at any time.
